OUR POLICIES
BOOKING
To secure your appointment, a $30 deposit is required as a new client. This deposit will come off of your service cost day of your appointment when the remaining balance is due.
Please make sure you fill out the forms on GlossGenius prior to your appointment and sign the liability waivers.
If you have booked a facial, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for changing into a facial robe/use the restroom.
CANCELLATION
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we truly appreciate your commitment to our services. If you find yourself needing to adjust your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to accommodate changes.
In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, and you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service will be applied. We completely understand life's unexpected turns and encourage you to consider rescheduling so we can continue providing you with the amazing service you deserve! If you choose to reschedule, the 25% will be applied to your FIRST rescheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL // NO SHOWS
If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will need to rebook and your deposit will be forfeited.
No shows will result in a 100% fee of the service booked.
