Skin Sanctuary Co., nestled in the heart of East Cobb, is the go-to studio for results-driven skincare and elevated beauty services, bringing together advanced treatments and polished beauty essentials in a boutique setting.
Founded by Cassidy Self, licensed esthetician and makeup artist, she specializes in customized facials, corrective skincare, chemical peels, and microneedling—each treatment designed to support long-term skin health and real, visible results. Cass also provides soft and full glam makeup for weddings, events, lessons, and everyday wear.
Macie, licensed esthetician and wax specialist, offers brow and lash services, full-body and facial waxing. She loves helping clients maintain an effortless, polished look with services tailored to simplify their everyday routine. We like to call it being high-maintenance to be low-maintenance.
With medical director oversight by Dr. Diana Rodgers, advanced treatments are performed with a clinical standard of care, all within a warm, personalized environment that blends intention, expertise, and an experience that feels as good as the results.
MEET CASS
Hi! I’m Cass — licensed since 2017 and truly living my dream every single day. I get to do what I love while creating real, visible change in people’s skin and confidence… and that never gets old.

I value genuine relationships and real conversations. I’m also the kind of provider who will tell you “no” if something isn’t right for you. My ethics come first, always. I will only recommend what’s safest, smartest, and truly best for your skin.
​
We always joke in this industry that estheticians are part-time therapists… and honestly, it’s kind of true. You can get therapy during a facial, but you can’t get a facial at therapy.
​
When I’m not in the studio, I’m listening to music, hanging with my family, on a date with my amazing husband, chasing around our sweet toddler Rowan, and loving on our two fur babies, Sage and Rosie.
I’m a Florida girl at heart who found her home here after dropping out of traditional college (best thing I ever did).
I love thrifting, painting, yoga, concerts, traveling, good food, a great mocktail, and being in bed by 9pm these days.

I’m here to walk alongside you in your self-love and skincare journey — and it’s truly an honor to be your guide. I can’t wait to see you in the studio!!
MEET macie
Hi! I’m Macie — a licensed esthetician and wax specialist with over 6 years of experience in full-body waxing, brow and lash tinting, and lash lifts.
Waxing is truly my passion, and I take a lot of pride in making the experience both effective and as comfortable as possible.

I love building genuine connections with my clients and getting to know each of you in the treatment room. My goal is to create a space where you feel cared for, confident, and heard. I lead with integrity and always prioritize what’s best for your skin and individual needs.
​
Outside of the treatment room, you’ll probably find me hanging with my cat, hiking, or relaxing in my hammock. I grew up horseback riding, love R&B and jazz music, and recently moved back to Georgia after living in Colorado — where, fun fact, I met Snoop Dogg and saw Shaq’s DJ set!

Dr. Diana Rodgers serves as the Medical Director for Skin Sanctuary Co., providing medical oversight for advanced treatments and microneedling.
With a background as both a licensed esthetician and medical professional, she brings a well-rounded understanding of skin health and the science behind clinical skincare treatments.
While not directly performing services, Dr. Rodgers supports the practice by ensuring all advanced procedures are conducted under proper medical supervision and align with the highest standards of safety, compliance, and skin integrity.
Cass's Story: The Birth of Skin Sanctuary Co
Creativity has always been part of my DNA. Growing up, I was constantly making something — painting, designing, creating — and as a teenager that creative energy found its way into makeup artistry. I quickly realized that working with my hands and helping people feel confident was what lit me up most.
​
After realizing the traditional college path wasn’t the right fit for someone as creative as me, I enrolled in trade school and graduated from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics in 2017. From there, I spent years working in medical spas, holistic spas, and beauty counters, soaking up knowledge from every corner of the industry.
​
Over time, I started piecing together everything I loved most about aesthetics — results-driven treatments, holistic skin health, and beauty services that actually make a difference. Skin Sanctuary Co. was created as a space that reflects all of that: a curated collection of treatments and services I truly believe in, not trends or fads.
​
In 2023, I welcomed my first baby, and after spending nearly a year home with him, I knew I couldn’t go back to working for someone else. It was time to build something of my own.
​
So I took the leap, followed my dream, and Skin Sanctuary Co. was born — a studio built on passion, creativity, real results, and a whole lot of heart.
And this is only the beginning.
